1st time trying here yesterday. I was greeted promptly. I was thanked for coming. So, customer service was good. The establishment was clean. There were a variety of flavors to choose from. I was doing a cookie review for only chocolate chip and red velvet cookies The lack of stars are bc of the following: -Price doesn't match the size of cookies -No spectacular flavor profile (both cookies tasted the same)

It's so hard to walk into a place like this and not want EVERYTHING. We ended up getting a variety of cookies and a couple of milkshakes. So, when we ordered our milkshakes the girls were low on milk. Instead of telling us the machine was being repaired, like you know most people in that situation would have done, Myha made a quick trip to the store to get more milk! Thank you Jessica and Myha for being awesome. Though the cookies and milkshakes were awesome, your friendly service made it even better.

If you are a local to Bonnies and haven't visited you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. We are traveling nomadic folks and that being said yesterday we found ourselves heading home... When we go home we always try to gather items from unknown places that we have stopped at but have read goggle reviews on. Yesterday we wanted to pick up a sack or two fresh baked cookies for a cookie fanatic neighbor that does nearly everything for everyone that needs her. We started off by calling and received a person at the the store that was extremely upbeat and positive When we arrived at the bakery there was a great selection of cookies to purchase along with ice cream for cones or shakes After we purchased and hit I-75 south we couldn't help ourselves and we ate a few of the cookies and DAMN.... BIG SMILES AT EACH OTHER we will be returning numerous times to this establishment.

Probably not going back here and here’s why. I got the Peanut butter cookie, white chocolate macadamia, sprinkle sugar cookie, and a Supreme M&M cookie. The peanut butter cookie tasted like I was bitting into peanut butter but seemed undercooked. The Macadamia was alright but not the best. The sprinkle sugar cookie I think definitely had too many sprinkles and I couldn’t taste the cookie really well. The Supreme cookie had what seemed to be marshmallow filling sandwiched between them and that was probably the best cookie out of my cookies. My girlfriend got Red velvet, double chocolate, and chocolate turtle cookie. The red velvet didn’t taste like red velvet and had a weird taste to it. The double chocolate tasted pretty good but was dry. The turtle cookie only tasted like the chocolate chips in it and was pretty oily.

SoOoOo good!!! I came in here because of the 4.9 rating and I see why!!! I got a cookie slice and it was absolute PERFECTION. Honestly, I ate it so quick I didn't even get a photo, LOL. I will definitely be back, for sure!

I'm not sure if I just went in on a bad day or what but I got 6 cookies and each one was worse than the last. All dry, small and flavorless. The peanut butter tasted like peanut butter powder straight up that you get from the grocery store not sweet at all and very dry and powdery. The turtle chocolate chip was hard and cold. The red velvet where the closest to being edible but still the only thing red velvet flavor I would never eat again. Maybe the day I went in 10/14 there was an angry employee making the cookies or something but I didn't know cookies could even taste this bad.
